Art. 01Service

PresentTool™ is a cloud-based software solution for interior design professionals, delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS). The service includes:

• A SketchUp extension (.rbz) for desktop use.
• Cloud AI processing infrastructure (renders, 3D assets, cinematic clips).
• An interactive 3D viewer (view.presenttool.com).
• A storytelling publication service (story.presenttool.com).
• A web dashboard (app.presenttool.com).

The service requires an active subscription and sufficient credit balance for AI runs.

Art. 02Account & use

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Sharing account access with other individuals is not permitted.
• A maximum of 2 simultaneous sessions per account is enforced; the oldest session is automatically terminated when this limit is exceeded.
• You may not use PresentTool™ for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the terms of any third-party AI provider (Gemini, Meshy, Veo).
• Automated scraping, bulk API abuse, or circumventing rate limits is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Art. 03Credits & payment

• Credits are debited when an AI run is initiated, after the cost is shown to you.
• Credits are automatically refunded in full for technical failures (vendor errors, timeouts, infrastructure failures).
• For poor-quality output not caused by a technical error, you are entitled to one free re-run via the "Not usable — re-run" button within 24 hours of completion.
• Unused credits in a subscription are not refundable, unless required by applicable law.
• Additional credits purchased separately are non-refundable after use.
• Payment is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Annual billing: 10-month price charged for 12 months of service.

Art. 04Intellectual property

• AI-generated output (images, cinematic clips, 3D assets) produced by your account belongs to you, subject to the terms of the respective AI providers (Google, Meshy, Veo).
• CoreTool™ does not claim ownership over any content you generate using PresentTool™.
• The PresentTool™ software, brand, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of CoreTool™.
• You grant CoreTool™ a limited licence to process your project data solely for delivering the requested AI runs.

Art. 05Liability

• CoreTool™ is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated renders, clips, or visualisations.
• CoreTool™ is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
• CoreTool™'s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• CoreTool™ is not responsible for the accuracy, style or quality of AI-generated content beyond the automatic refund and re-run mechanisms described in Article 3.

Art. 06Availability

• CoreTool™ targets a minimum uptime of 99.5% per calendar month, measured on the API and viewer infrastructure.
• Published storytelling links are retained for a minimum of 12 months after publication.
• In the event of extended hosting unavailability, a downloadable offline fallback (ZIP archive) of published storytelling presentations will be made available.
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via e-mail.

Art. 07Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard (Settings → Subscription → Cancel).
• After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Account data is permanently deleted 30 days after account removal, except for billing records (Article 4 retention requirements apply).
• CoreTool™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with immediate effect and without refund in cases of serious abuse.

Art. 08Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Art. 09Changes to terms

CoreTool™ may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
