About PresentTool

We build the workflow we always wanted.

No tool soup, no disconnected exports, no fiddling in After Effects just to show a client what they simply want to feel. One plugin, one link, one story.

Mission

Interior designers & architects deserve better presentation tools.

PresentTool™ grew out of eight years in interior design and the constant frustration that the last 10% of any project — the presentation — took more time than the design itself. Open SketchUp, export to Photoshop, assemble mood boards, build a PowerPoint, email a PDF nobody opens. That was 2017, and it still works exactly that way in 80% of studios today.

We believe that smart automation can reclaim that 10%, as long as it sits inside a workflow designers already recognise. No separate chatbot, no 14 open tabs, no credits you can't make sense of. Just: open your project → your client sees a story in their browser. That's what we're building.

Team

Small team, sharp focus.

Values

Four things we never compromise on.

01

Privacy-first

Client data is never used to train external render models. Audit log is rolling 90 days — intentionally short.

02

EU-hosted

Cloudflare EU regions with data residency. No surprises under the US Cloud Act.

03

Fair pricing

Credits are always refunded on technical failure. One free re-run per unusable result, within 24 hours.

04

Craft

No flat design. No 17 display variants of the same button. One workflow, polished until it feels right.

We grow carefully. Send us an email if you combine interior design or architecture with code — we're always looking for people to think alongside.
